Collaborations
I recently embarked on collaborations with researchers leading intergenerational and adult cohorts in France (EPIC and EPIC-InterAct), the United States (CTS and NHANES), and Canada (MIREC). I also collaborate with the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) in Lyon, France, to explore mechanisms linking diet and breast cancer development.
In parallel, I work with colleagues at the University of Sydney (Australia) to understand nutritional composition involved in chronic disease risk, applying innovative methods such as the Geometric Framework for Nutrition (GFN).
For environment-focused projects, I collaborate with researchers from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and the University of California, San Diego (USA) to identify periods of exposure to air pollutants impacting health and biological pathways. We leverage advanced statistical methods, including Distributed Lag Models (DLM).
